The Founder Interview

One conversation a week, every week, for as long as we work together. It is the only part of this I do not delegate.

“I talk to the clients once a week and interview them. I want their words to come right through, then get that expertise, that knowledge, that personality onto the web, backed up by good technology. From there I know you end up with an inbox.”
Nick Burrage

Everybody in marketing has a process and most of them are a diagram. This is not that. It is a recording of you explaining your business to somebody who will not let you get away with the professional version.

You do not write anything. You do not learn anything. You talk for forty minutes about work you already know inside out, and it comes back as pages, articles and video that sound like you on your best day.

01
The interview
Forty minutes, recorded, on the questions your buyers actually ask and the answers you would only give in person. The uncomfortable one is usually the valuable one.
02
The brave sentence
We find the line your competitors would never publish and we keep it. This is the part clients want removed on the first read and defend by the third month.
03
Onto the site
Your words, written up as pages and articles, edited for reading rather than rewritten for tone. You approve, you do not author.
04
Found by the right people
A senior team handles the search and technical work so the page is found by somebody ready to buy. That part is bought in from specialists, and it is the half of the job most agencies sell as the whole job.
Done for you
I came from a coaching position I was told to take, and it does not work. Busy owners do not have time to read the books, write the blogs, learn to write the blogs, get better and take the feedback. So it is done for you.
Every week, not every quarter
Fifty two conversations a year. It is the only reliable way I have found to keep a business sounding like itself while it grows and while the people writing for it change.
What you get out of it
A website that answers the questions you are tired of answering, and enquiries from people who have already decided they agree with you.
